John Legere, CEO of T-Mobile has initiated a push to be known as the provider that offers Music Freedom = set all music free! We agree! But here is the problem he talks about offering continent-wide phone service, data rollover and free streaming. But what about FREE terrestrial radio? That is why we are creating a campaign to ask him to set the FM Chip free so you can listen to FM radio on the NextRadio app.

We want him to put his money where his mouth is and deliver on “setting music free,” not only for streaming music but for FM radio. The NextRadio app, the app that lets you both see and hear radio for free, with less data and less battery still isn’t available for download on T-Mobile smartphones. We want to challenge his idea of “setting music free,” by getting him to notice NextRadio app.

So – here is what Paul Brenner, president of NextRadio app would like to say to John Legere:

If you’re a T-Mobile user and want access to FREE local FM radio you can join the other 7,000 subscribers already anxiously waiting for the “big news.” Please help us spread the word to unlock T-Mobile by tweeting to CEO John Legere directly to ask him to #sayyestoFMchip. All you have to do is go to the link and click “Support with Twitter.” What are you waiting for?
